Religious Ridiculousness

There's something very wrong when a church can take in unlimited funds tax free, and turn around and use it to fund political causes and/or use it to fund lawyers to keep it's own priests out of prison for molestation and/or use it to fund megachurches and luxury homes.
Shouldn't the funds be used to help the poor? This disturbs me greatly, but moreso, that stupid people keep giving them money. Smh.
